Studio Policy

Before You Film

To ensure your session runs smoothly and efficiently, please review the following steps before arriving at the studio:

1. Schedule Your Session or Tour Online

All podcast sessions and studio tours must be scheduled through our website. This allows us to prepare the space and team for your specific needs in advance.

2. Confirm Number of On-Camera Speakers

Please let us know how many speakers will be on camera. This helps us configure the studio setup appropriately, including camera angles, microphones, and seating arrangements.

3. Choose Your Tabletop Setup

We offer multiple tabletop configurations to match your podcast's vibe. Select your preferred setup when booking so we can have it ready before you arrive.

4. Submit Logos and Branding Assets

If you'd like your podcast episode to feature branded graphics, overlays, or intros, we will send you a Google Drive link where you can upload all necessary assets (logos, images, music, etc.) We recommend doing this at least 24 hours before your session.

5. Pre-Payment Required

All sessions must be paid in full through our website prior to filming. This secures your booking and ensures we’re ready to give you the best experience possible. Payments can be processed through our Pricing & Packages page.

Inside the Studio

We want every client to have a smooth, respectful, and productive experience while using our space. Please review the following guidelines that apply while you're on-site:

1. Payment Must Be Received Before Your Session

No sessions will begin until full payment has been received. Please ensure payment is submitted through our website before arriving for your scheduled time.

2. No Alcohol or Smoking

For the safety and comfort of all guests, alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the studio and green room areas.

3. Early Arrivals & Green Room Etiquette

If you arrive early, you're welcome to use the green room to prepare. However, please be mindful of other clients who may also be waiting or wrapping up their session.

4. Transcend Branded Cups Must Be Returned

If you're provided with a Transcend-branded cup during your session, please return it before you leave. These are not take-home items and help us maintain a consistent experience for all guests.

5. Overtime Charges for Monthly Members

If your session exceeds the allotted time included in your monthly membership, additional time will be billed accordingly. We recommend keeping an eye on the clock or letting our staff know if you need to extend your session.

6. Cancellations

Sessions cancelled last minute (within 3 hours of your booking time) may be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This is to ensure the best experience for all of our clients

Content Delivery

We aim to deliver your content promptly and securely. Please review the following policies regarding how and when you’ll receive your podcast files:

1. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time for edited content is 3–5 business days from the date your session was filmed. Please note that holidays may affect this timeline slightly.

2. Accessing Raw Files

If you’d like access to the raw footage from your session, you have two options:

  • Bring your own external hard drive to the studio for on-site file transfer.
  • Request delivery via Dropbox, and we’ll email you a link to download the files.

3. File Sizes & Storage Requirements

Please be aware that 4K video clips can range from 25–100GB per clip, depending on the length of your session. If you're bringing a drive, make sure it has sufficient space and is formatted properly for large file transfers (exFAT or Mac OS Extended recommended).

4. File Deletion Policy

Files delivered through Dropbox — whether raw footage or edited content — will be deleted after 30 days. We strongly recommend downloading all files as soon as you receive them to avoid data loss. Our Dropbox is intended as a temporary delivery method rather than long-term storage.
